Observation of the Day
The sky has been a blanket of gray clouds for what seems like years now. I was starting to think that the sky in the UK is just gray. All those times in the past when I thought I saw blue skies were just illusions.
How do people in this country avoid developing rickets? I swear my leg bones are starting to get soft. I was sitting in my living room thinking about clouds and rickets when I noticed this out the window … 
Is that blue sky I see pushing its way from behind the clouds? It makes me want to sing.
My husband wouldn’t approve of this post because he thinks that no one should ever cover a Beatles song. But this isn’t his blog.
